www.casasavri.ro is a commercial site, owned by SC CASA SAVRI SRL, which allows booking of rooms at the hotel owned by CASA SAVRI SRL.

Usage, including visiting and purchasing  of tourist services on the website www.casasavri.ro implies acceptance of the terms and conditions detailed in the following paragraphs.

Our desire is to offer you an unforgettable experience at the Casa Savri boarding House, setting out a series of rules that we ask you ,respectfully, to keep in mind.

1. Arrival and departure:

– accommodation is from 14.00.

– check out is until 12:00.

– at the request of the clients and when the hotel has spaces, special rates can be applied according to international practice for staying after 12.00 in the room as follows:

For stays until 23:00, 50% of the displayed rate will be charged

Luggage can be stored for 24 hours at the free luggage compartment.

2. Accommodation:

Every person is accommodated by filling in the arrival card on the basis of the identity card.

Children up to 7 years old will be accommodated free of charge. Children aged 7-12 will be charged 50% of the value of a bed called supplement with or without an extra bed in the room.

For children over 12 years the normal rate will be charged.

3. Reservation:

4. Cancellation of the reservation:

Any reservation cancellation will be made by contacting the booking service. No penalty will be applied if the reservation is canceled at least 3 days in advance. The penalty is the equivalent of the first day of accommodation. If booking is for 2 or more rooms then cancellation will be made at least 10 days prior to arrival. For group bookings, please contact the reservation service.

5. Rates:

These vary depending on the type of room you chose and the number of people.

6. Payment methods:

Cash payment (RON), credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro) and bank transfer are accepted.

7. Restaurant and bar function:

Breakfast is served daily between 08:30 and 10:30 AM.

8. Smoking:

Within the pension, smoking is strictly forbidden indoors, with a specially arranged place in the pension’s yard.

9. Safety:

Pension and public spaces are monitored by video system. We do not assume liability for forgotten, lost or allegedly stolen objects in the boarding house and bar.

10. Parking space and cars:

The hotel unit benefits from public parking for a fee (€ 1 / day) with a surveillance system (we suggest you to avoid leaving belongings exposed).

11. Special needs:

We want to ensure the best conditions for people with special needs. The vast majority spaces in hotel are not accessible for wheelchair users. If you need any kind of help , please let us know in advance so we can offer you a pleasant stay.

12. Wildlife:

No boarding of people accompanied by animals and birds is permitted.

13. Guests:

You can get visitors to your room between 08:00 and 22:00, at no extra cost, if you are welcoming guests from 22:00 to 08:00, they will have to pay the fare difference and register at the reception.

14. Privacy:

We will never use personal data without your prior consent.

15. Environment protection:

Environment protection is a permanent concern. Towels and  bed linen are changed for 2 and 3 days of accommodation or at the customer’s request. In order to signal your desire to change towels or bed linen, please leave them in the bathroom.

16. Responsibilities:

The customer is liable to the hotel for damages to other customers or staff, hotel buildings, furniture and equipment if the fault / intent can be attributed to them. The liability of the hotel does not extend to the vehicles or their cargo.

17. Behavior:

We reserve the right to refuse to accommodate or serve in our bar, drunk, rude or turbulent customers, who, by their attitude, harm the image of the pension or disturb other clients.

18. Loyalty:

We reserve the right to award bonuses and discounts for the purpose of  loyalty to our customers.

19. Final terms:

We consider that any customer has become aware of the terms and conditions mentioned above and has  accepted them when accessing any of the mentioned services. The hotel policy can be changed at any time without notice.
